Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Customer satisfaction is our No.1 priority. We aim to provide a seamless experience for every transaction. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please review the terms below to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Shipping status is communicated via Email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of order placement. This includes sale items as well.
- Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method.
- No refund is applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless already paid.
- Use our Chat BOT assistance on the website to cancel if the order has not shipped.
- You can modify the shipping address before we process (pack) the order by calling us at +91 8928249700.
- Refunds for online payments will be credited within 7–10 working days.
Return / Exchange Policy
We ensure products are delivered in the best condition. In rare cases where:
- There is a manufacturing defect, or
- An incorrect item is shipped,
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email, phone, or Chat BOT. Preserve all packaging and the product itself.
- A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
- If not in stock, we’ll ask you to choose an alternate product at no cost.
Important Guidelines:
- Report issues with images and product details within 48 hours.
- Ensure submitted images match the returned product to qualify for return/replacement.
- Do not courier returns without consulting our customer support.
- Use only registered post/courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
- Returned products must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged.
Items Not Covered Under Standard Return Policy:
- Fabrics under 2 metres.
- Products under Rs. 300 in value.
- Custom orders and cut sequins.
- Daily Deal Drop items.
Reverse Pick-Up Policy
- Mention order number in your request email subject line.
- Products must be returned in a saleable, unused condition with original packaging.
- Reverse pickup happens within 3–4 business days after request approval.
- Refunds take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
- For exchanges, new products are shipped within 3–5 business days after receiving the return.
Note:
- Choice-based returns are not eligible for reverse pickup. Customer must ship at their own expense.
- Reverse pickup is unavailable for certain pin codes and outside India.
If You Don’t Like the Product
For cases where the product does not meet expectations:

- Submit product images and issue description within 48 hours.
- Return pickup is not available. Customers must send items back. If we arrange it, Rs. 100 will be charged (non-refundable).
Once verified, we will issue store credits, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Claiming Refunds
- Online Transactions: Refunds are made to the original payment source (card, net banking, PayPal, etc.).
- COD Orders: Refunds are via credit coupon only. No cash refunds for COD.
Product Availability
If products are out of stock after ordering, we will offer alternatives or issue a refund if no option is accepted.
Color & Description Disclaimer
All specifications are approximate. Variations in color and size may occur due to lighting, photography, or batch differences. We cannot guarantee exact product matches as seen on screens.
Note: All returns and replacements are subject to the company’s discretion. We are not obligated to accept returns unless the case warrants it based on merit.
